In response to the breakneck speed of the CNBC program "Mad Money with Jim Cramer" and a lack of decent, user friendly resources on the web, Chris Mello of New York, NY has launched 'The Cramer Report' (http://www.thecramerreport.com). The website was created to simply recap, without any editorial content, the stock picks and pans of prolific ex-Wall Street stock analyst James J. Cramer.

Mr. Mello feels that Mr. Cramer's fans fall into two categories: First are the people who do not have the time to watch the program, and/or will not stay awake long enough to watch the repeat showing. The second are the people who would rather carefully analyze Mr. Cramer's recommendations at a pace that they themselves choose. The Cramer Report fulfills the needs of both of these groups.

Disclosure is taking a higher profile at Lennar, Inc.. (NYSE:LEN), one of the nation's most prominent homebuilders. A proprietary analysis of LEN's recent 8K supplemental SEC filing dated March 31, 2009 reveals much more about the company's financial condition than was often the case in the past.

Disclosing more, hiding less?

According to Chris McConnell AIFA, of Chris McConnell & Associates/ FiduciaryFORENSICS®, an LA-based fiduciary forensics consultancy, kudos are due LEN's board and management in issuing the 8K, for listening to its critics, recognizing that it alone controls the flow of information to respond to analysts' and investors' concerns.

It is well documented that employees respond best to "What's in it for me" incentives. Without an easy to manage system, even that tactic can quickly fail. Every organization has a unique set of needs and circumstances in running a successful wellness program. The programs are personalized in numerous ways including company size, the choice of online only programs, or the addition of onsite wellness activities such as Health Fairs and lunch time walking programs. Participation and rewards are monitored by the accumulation of points assigned to these activities. If a point tracking system is difficult to setup and manage, disbursing rewards becomes challenging and ineffective. Timely rewards are essential in aligning participation and motivation levels with achievable goals.
